Students of the master’s programme in International Business Administration gain knowledge of the methods, institutions and tools in international management and specialise in an area of business administration they select. This qualifies them to independently solve management problems for international corporations. Students must have language proficiency in English equivalent to level C1 (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) and in German equivalent to level B2.

Study Programme

The master’s programme comprises: A. Introduction B. Specialisation in Business Studies: International Management; Business Administration. Students have to select one of the following minors from the master’s programme in Business Administration: 1. Banking and Finance; 2. Controlling I; 3. Financial Accounting I; 4. Marketing and International Marketing I; 5. Organisation and Personnel I; 6. Smart Production I; 7. Strategic Management I; 8. Supply Chain Management. Students may also select other minors from the current range of courses offered in the master’s programme in Business Administration if the competent body responsible for study matters approves it. C. Specialisation in Cultural Studies: Students can select one of the following alternative groups of compulsory modules: Africa, Europe, Latin America, East Asia – Japan, East Asia –China, Slavonic Area, South Asia. D. Integrative Specialisation; Master’s Thesis, Master’s Thesis Seminar and Master’s Examination.
